As a Sales Manager at Trade Tech, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our sales team, driving business growth through direct and indirect sales channels. Your primary role includes developing sales strategies, establishing sales targets, and managing key client relationships. You should have a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics industry trends to effectively position Trade Tech’s solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the logistics or supply chain management industry.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
