ICS2 ENS Filing Management for Air, Ocean, Road & Rail

ICS2 is the European Union’s security filing program. It requires companies to submit Entry Summary Declarations (ENS) before goods arrive at the EU border. The rules already apply to air cargo and are now being rolled out for maritime shipments. From 1 September 2025, road and rail will also be included.

ICS2 changes how goods are cleared and who is responsible for submitting pre-arrival data. As filing requirements expand, so does the need for clarity and control across regions, teams, and partners.

If you are responsible for filing at house or master level, or rely on others to file on your behalf, ICS2 may apply to you. Trade Tech gives you a single system to submit, validate, and track ENS filings across all transport modes, with full visibility across your global network.

Avoid delays and prepare with confidence

ICS2 ENS filing applies across air, ocean, road, and rail. Filers must be ready to comply when requirements apply to their shipments and filing role.

Missing or incorrect filings can lead to Customs delays, additional screening, or shipment holds. Even when filings are handled by a partner, accountability may still sit with your business.
