We are hosting dedicated sessions discussing ICS2-ENS Road & Rail and MPCI (the United Arab Emirates’ new Maritime Preload Cargo Information program). For your convenience, we’ve added webinar options hosted by our global offices for both compliance programs.
ICS2-ENS Road & Rail: From 1 September 2025, road and rail shipments are subject to ICS2 requirements. This includes cargo moving by truck or train into the European Union. We will also present updated details on the recent Derogation for some countries.

UAE MPCI Program: This new security filing regulation, managed by the UAE National Advance Information Center (NAIC), mandates the electronic submission of cargo details at least 24 hours prior to vessel loading at origin ports for every containerized shipment destined for import into the UAE. The House Bill issuer, typically a UAE-based freight forwarder or their delegated overseas agent, must file the advance cargo data. Late, incomplete, or incorrect filings may result in Do Not Load instructions from the National Advance Information Center (NAIC), as well as penalties and shipment delays.
