Trade Tech Webinars: ICS2 ENS Road & Rail comes into scope in the European Union on 1 September 2025

From 1 September 2025, road and rail shipments will be subject to ICS2 requirements. This includes cargo moving by truck or train into the European Union. You may need to:

  • Define filing responsibilities with agents or partners
  • Collect required data earlier in the process
  • Ensure ENS is submitted before arrival at the border
  • Respond to any risk assessment requests from Customs
