ICS2 – ENS Road & Rail
From 1 September 2025, road and rail shipments into the European Union will be subject to ICS2 requirements. You may need to:
- Define filing responsibilities with agents or partners
- Collect required data earlier in the process
- Ensure ENS is submitted before arrival at the border
- Respond to any risk assessment requests from Customs
