The Safety and Security Great Britain (S&S GB) declaration, also known as the Entry Summary Declaration (ENS), is a new Customs requirement for all goods imported into Great Britain. This regulation aims to enhance the security of Great Britain’s supply chain and align with global Customs modernization efforts. It mandates the electronic submission of detailed goods information before arrival in Great Britain, supporting risk assessment for safety and security.
従来の英国輸入手続きとは異なり、S&S GBでは、英国税関が発行する固有のEORI番号が必要となります。グレートブリテンとEUの両方に輸入する企業は、それぞれの地域に対応するEORI番号を取得する必要があります。さらに、輸送業者は貨物の詳細情報を貨物の到着前に提出することが求められ、これはEUのICS2 ENS規制と類似しています。
輸送業者はS&S GB申告を英国税関に提出する責任を負います。
規則を遵守しない場合、遅延、罰則、または国境での入国拒否があります。
申告はグレートブリテン到着前に提出する必要があります。税関当局による処理とリスク分析のため、できるだけ早めの提出が推奨されます。
S&S GBは、輸送業者および輸入業者に対し、新たな事前貨物情報の提出を義務付け、グレートブリテンに輸入される貨物に伴うセキュリティリスクを防止します。S&S GBのEntry Summary Declaration（ENS）は、グレートブリテンに輸入される貨物に関する完全な統合データの提出を求めています。
