  • Customer Onboarding: Assist clients in transitioning smoothly to ENS filing, providing clarity on benefits, process efficiencies, and compliance readiness.
  • Relationship Management: Develop long-term, trusted partnerships with logistics service providers (LSPs) and road freight operators.
  • Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform our positioning and sales strategy.

Key Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the European road freight (overland) or rail logistics sectors, particularly with B2B clients.
  • Sales Skills: A strong track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or technology solutions.
  • ENS Filing Knowledge: Basic understanding of ENS (Entry Summary Declaration) regulations is preferred. Training will be provided for deeper expertise.
  • Network: Existing relationships with road freight operators, logistics companies, and rail service providers across Europe.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex compliance solutions to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and value.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Location: UK/central Europe
