About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the logistics and import-export sectors. This role involves building strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients, introducing our solutions (including Trade Tech), and providing tailored consultations to meet their needs. You will also be involved in contract negotiation, ensuring targets are met, market analysis, and contributing to our overall business strategy. Collaboration with internal departments to implement and support client projects, along with regular reporting on business results, are key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers in the logistics/import-export sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Introduce and consult on our service and software solutions (including Trade Tech) to meet customer demands.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to contribute to business strategy.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to deploy and support customer projects.
- Report on business development results periodically.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the logistics or software industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the logistics market and software solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Good English communication skills (a plus).
